New Loop is a full-circle system for reusable, deposit-based takeaway packaging. CO₂- and resource-optimised cups and containers carry unique QR codes that enable tracking, deposit registration, and dynamic digital messaging. Combined with software, automated return boxes, and an operational backbone, this makes reuse seamless at scale.

Packaging moves between clients and central washing facilities through existing logistics routes, without adding vehicles to the road. Users return containers at cafés, shops, or automated Return Boxes and receive their deposit back instantly via Visa or Mastercard. The system works in both open settings and closed ones such as workplaces, where companies manage deposits centrally.

After running reuse for cafés, festivals, offices, and cultural events, New Loop is now launching the first city-wide operation with the Municipality of Copenhagen, starting with 38 return points across the city centre.

CIRCULAR ERP is the digital backbone behind this. Every container is tracked via its QR code at the point of sale, in use, in storage, on return, and through washing. Returns, stock movements, and transfers to washing partners are recorded in one system, giving New Loop a single operational view of circulation efficiency.
